How-to
The evaluation of the sampling events based on aquatic macroinvertebrate counts. We suggest to use AQEM method to have at least a semi-qvantitative multihabitat sample.
Steps to use the tool:
1. Upload a new sample file/ the file should be a csv, with three columns (ID_art ,taxon_name and individuum) in the following structure:
Select the appropiate separator and dec options, check the results on the CONTENT tab
You can test the application using an example data table:
3. Select a proper type and the results can be found in the Results & Assessmment page
4. For multiple samples, click the 'Run Multiple analysis' button.
The results can be copied to the clipboard or exported in csv or excel format.
Simplified format is also there. You just have to scroll down a bit in the Calculation Blocks :)So simple ..................
